Chair Placement shall depend on the results of a playing test.
The playing test will consist of a chromatic scale- two octaves, ascending is tongued and descending is slurred. Also in the test will be a "try-out" piece and sight reading will also be included.
The test shall be recorded in the Band "taping" room. Someone will be in the room to assist you and operate the tape recorder. Please note... you will be graded on your taped performance!!!!
