DOUGLAS HIGH CHOIR

Welcome to the DHS Choral handbook. Much like our band counterpart, this will tell you more than you probably ever wanted to know about the DHS Choral department! These are the rules we live by, and the standards we hold ourselves to. Please feel free to look around, and if you have any questions or comments, please contact Mr. Zabelsky, (More commonly known as Z.) our director! If you find any problems with the site, please contact the webmaster.

Philosophy

The DHS Choral Department has grown from one choir of 19 members in 1985 (A four year school), to 3 choirs with approximately 75 members in a 3 year school! We welcome all vocalists with all ranges of ability. It is our job to teach and help each choral group to be the best they can be. Your job is to give a 100% effort 100% of the time. All personal problems and "attitudes" are to be left at the door! With your determination we can make music...... not excuses!
